The President and the Board are elected by the General Assembly attended by representatives of the members. The General Assembly has budgetary powers and is the only institution that can approve any statutory changes.
President
Mr. Maurice Karotsch
Head of a craft building business since 1984. Maurice Karotsch holds a master's degree in painting, and in 1984, he took over the family business, founded in 1870, for the 5th generation. The Karotsch company, which he runs with the support of his two daughters, is located at 45 rue de Strasbourg in Benfeld, Bas-Rhin. Émeline will become joint managing director in June 2021.
